Who are we?

WSK is a registered 509(A)(2) non-profit that provides two licensed kitchens for rent by chefs, food entrepreneurs, and culinary enthusiasts. Each kitchen is outfitted with equipment that suits every chef’s need and both kitchens are Board of Health certified and ready for use.

Our Vision for WSK is to make it into a center for learning. We offer a variety of classes that cater to all skill levels and cover a range of topics from beginner skills to expert level dishes. But aside from cooking classes, we also want to involve our community. We are working on partnering with local colleges and high schools. We plan to develop programs and courses that provide students with real-world experience, and chefs with the diverse perspectives of students to help their businesses thrive.

We also have a dedicated gathering space for corporate events, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, you-name-it. Join our vibrant community of food enthusiasts and celebrate the journey of food and creativity with WSK.

  • Madison Colantonio

    CO-FOUNDER

Meet Madison, a co-founder of WSK. Madison's journey to creating WSK began with a simple yet significant challenge: he needed kitchen space to make his frozen custard. Like many others, he faced difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic in finding a suitable place to cook. Determined to overcome this obstacle, Madison set out to not only solve his problem but also to help fellow food entrepreneurs facing similar dilemmas. His solution was WSK, a shared kitchen facility designed for chefs and cooking enthusiasts. Through WSK, Madison has not only found the kitchen he needed but has also created a space where others can share their love for food and continue their culinary journeys.

  • Briana Colantonio

    CO-FOUNDER

Meet Briana, a co-founder of WSK. Her journey with WSK began when she learned of her brother Madison's need for a commercial kitchen to pursue his dream of becoming the frozen custard king. Briana’s crucial role helped to transform WSK from a commercial kitchen into a creative space where the community grows and culinary dreams come to life. Recognizing that their strengths complemented each other allowed the two to combine their differing creative styles, turning WSK from a personal obstacle for Madison into a shared creative project. This journey with Madison has allowed Briana to explore a completely new industry and despite the challenges, Briana has been excited to work alongside her family to build something from the ground up.
