This fall, Holliston’s Big Shoe, affectionately known as “the Mill,” will open its doors to WSK, a shared commercial kitchen facility. WSK features two well-equipped commercial kitchens, both certified by the Board of Health, and available to rent by chefs and food entrepreneurs. For more information regarding rentals email: hello@thewsk.org.
In addition to its kitchen offerings, WSK will provide a diverse range of classes, including cake decorating, pasta making, and knife skills. Accommodating groups of 15 – 30 guests, they have a dedicated gathering space.
