Dreaming of a getaway? Transport your taste buds to the Caribbean in our Caribbean Comforts class, led by Chef Nick Escoto. Join us as we explore the bold, vibrant flavors of the islands while mastering the art of homemade empanadas and scrumptious Caribbean dishes. Our expert instructor will guide you through crafting flaky, golden-brown empanadas with a variety of delicious fillings, alongside classic Caribbean dishes to complete the meal. Learn the flavors and seasonings of Caribbean food to recreate the island vibes at home. All ages welcome, and the class is BYOB for adults 21+.

On the menu:

  • Empanadas with Cheese & Guava, Cheese, and Beef Picadillo Fillings

  • Tostones – crispy twice-fried plantains

  • Rice – a staple side with rich Caribbean flavor

  • Chicken – juicy and seasoned to perfection

  • Salad – fresh and vibrant, balancing the meal

  • Flan – a smooth, caramelized dessert to end on a sweet note

Registration Fee: $85 per person
