Join our Intro To Cheese class with Peter Lacasse to get a glimpse into the world of cheese! Under Peter’s expert guidance you will learn the science of using enzymes and milk to make fresh Mozzarella and Whey Ricotta Cheeses. Then, using your freshly made cheese, you will make a winter squash flatbread, Caprese salad, and cannoli dip.

Registration Fee: $85 per person
This class is welcome to all ages and BYOB for adults 21+
