It’s never too cold for ice cream! Join our Fundamentals of Ice Cream class with Cara Cara Custards for an in-depth, hands-on experience on how to make ice cream, sorbet, and frozen desserts. In this class you will explore the science of balancing ingredients for ideal texture, learn techniques for smooth, creamy results, and experiment with unique flavor combinations. Madison Colantonio, head chef at Cara Cara Custards will guide you through all the tips and tricks to make the perfect frozen treats that you can replicate at home! This class is for all ages and BYOB for adults 21+.
