Join us for our Farmers Market Series, where registrants will have the unique opportunity to explore and select fresh, locally-sourced produce and ingredients from the farmers market. Afterward, participants will reconvene at the kitchen, where, guided by our expert chef, you'll learn how to transform your market finds into delicious meals. Each class will focus on a different culinary theme, offering a variety of farm-to-table cooking experiences.
This week’s class relies on fresh produce like peppers, garlic, and onions from Silverwood Organic Farm, mushrooms from My County Mushrooms, and fresh fish from Captain Marden’s. Registrants will then learn how to make paella using the freshest ingredients available. Plus, learn which wines pair the best with your fresh paella. All ages are welcome and BYOB friendly for adults 21+
