In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the precise art of dough preparation, rolling, and cutting and will master how to make traditional fettuccine. Discover the secret of rolling pasta and different cutting techniques, both traditional and modern. Snack on some appetizers during class and after, enjoy your handmade pasta with homemade sauces and meatballs. Dawn will share tips and troubleshoot common challenges, ensuring you leave with the skills and confidence to recreate the magic in your own kitchen. All ages are welcome and BYOB friendly for adults 21+.
