Join our hands-on Sausage & Pasta Making Workshop with Peter Lacasse and Hook & Vine and learn how to craft delicious, homemade sausages and pasta from scratch! While half of you discover the secrets of choosing the right cuts, blending spices, and perfecting the stuffing process, the other half will learn how to make fresh pasta. Then you’ll switch. Two classes in one! Our expert instructors will guide you step-by-step, and you’ll leave with the skills to create your own custom sausages and pasta at home. Plus you’ll get to take home your delicious creations. This class is for all ages and BYOB for adults 21+.
