Join our Searing & Braising class with Peter Lacasse for a hands-on lesson in searing and braising! You will be introduced to Searing and Braising techniques and then, using these new skills, you will make and enjoy a variety of delicious foods!

  • Fresh Fennel and root vegetables and creamy polenta
