Join our Searing & Braising class with Peter Lacasse for a hands-on lesson in searing and braising! You will be introduced to Searing and Braising techniques and then, using theses new skills, you will make and enjoy a variety of delicious foods!

What’s on the menu:

  • Cider braised Boston pork butt with shallots

  • Fresh Fennel and root vegetables and creamy polenta

  • Prepare, cook, and take home beef short ribs for 2

Registration Fee: $98 per person
This class is welcome to all ages and BYOB for adults 21+
