Get ready to dive into the delicious world of tacos in our Taco Night class! We’ll kick things off with elotes (grilled street corn topped with cotija, crema, lime, and chili) before jumping into our hands-on tortilla workshop. You’ll mix your own masa dough, hand-press, and griddle fresh corn tortillas.
Then we’ll move into the protein stations with a mix of demos and group prep, featuring:
Chicken birria, slow-stewed with chiles and spices
Al pastor, marinated with pineapple and bold seasonings
Crispy beer-battered fish
Round out your tacos with a full salsa and toppings spread: pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa verde, and salsa macha. Finally, we’ll feast together at a build-your-own taco bar with everything you’ve made. All ages welcome, and the class is BYOB for adults 21+.
