When you think of New England cuisine, what comes to mind? Find out at our second, Taste of New England class with Dawn Swenson, head chef at Hook & Vine. But if you can’t wait until then, the answer is fresh fish. Learn how to assemble a clam boil, as well as make fresh clam chowder, lobster rolls, and all the sides needed for the perfect New England party! All ages are welcome and BYOB friendly for adults 21+
