Dust off your hats and put your pinkies up! Come spend an afternoon with Chef Paul learning about creating the perfect tea menu. Special guests Terri from Herbs Make Scents and Tammy from the Proctor Mansion Inn will join us and provide tips for creating a fabulous high tea event. This demonstration class, followed by lunch, will review how to make flavored cold beverages, assorted scones, Devonshire cream, quiches, chicken salad croissants, European cucumber and dill tea sandwiches, chocolate covered strawberries, Godiva tartlets, lemon crinkle cookies and more. We will be sampling unique teas from "Herbs Make Scents" from Mendon. Throughout the day you will also learn Chef Paul’s 25 valuable techniques and tricks of the trade on how to become a better every day cook!
