Join our Knife Skills Workshop with The Curated Kitchen. You’ll learn what knife to use and when to use it, plus how to hold it properly for safety and efficiency. It’s all about building confidence.
Chef Danielle DeSiato will guide you through cutting a variety of produce and working with different knives (chef’s, utility, paring, slicing). You’ll turn the ingredients you prep into a crudités board and a simple soup. You’ll leave with a knife guide, product recommendations, and the items you made in class.
Guests are also welcome to bring their own set of knives if they want to learn more about them!
