Are you panicking because you're in charge of hors d'oeuvres this Thanksgiving? Join our Charcuterie Assembly + Design workshop led by Ana Rojas from Red Apron Charcuterie, a small business owner who creates charcuterie in every shape and form. Ana will guide you through the art of crafting the perfect charcuterie board. You’ll be given all ingredients necessary to assemble your own charcuterie masterpiece, featuring an assortment of cheeses, cured meats, fruits, crackers, nuts, jams, and more. All ages are welcome and BYOB for adults 21+
