Join our Intro to Cheese Workshop with Peter Lacasse to get a glimpse into the world of cheese! Under Peter’s expert guidance you will learn the science of using enzymes and milk to make fresh Mozzarella and Whey Ricotta Cheeses. Then, using your freshly made cheese, you will make a seasonal flatbread and a caprese salad!

About the chef:
Chef Peter Lacasse has been part of the Boston area food scene for ten years. He spent 33 years teaching Culinary Arts, between Attleboro High School and Keefe Technical School, before retiring. For the past 15 years, he has also owned an upscale catering company specializing in multi-course home dining experiences, with menus tailored to each client's needs. Outside of catering, Peter is an artisan of home-cured cheese, salumi, and sausage.
