Join our Dry Rubs & Curing class with Peter Lacasse for a hands-on lesson in dry rubs, marinades, and gravlax. You will be introduced to different techniques and then, using these new skills, you will make and enjoy a variety of delicious foods!

What’s on the menu:

  • grilled pork tenderloin dinner (seasonal vegetable and sweet potato)

  • Tarte Tatin, Palmier/Eccles Cakes, and Ham and Brie Strudel

Registration Fee: $90 per person
This class is welcome to all ages and BYOB for adults 21+
