This hands-on class covers techniques for making soft, pull-apart dinner rolls, naturally gluten-free Brazilian pao de queijo, and a tender pear almond cake. You'll leave with techniques for working with alternative flours and starches, understanding structure without gluten, and baking recipes that are both delicious and foolproof even for the gluten-free! This class is BYOB for adults 21+.
