Join our Pasta Making class with Hook & Vine for a hands-on lesson on how to make pasta. In this class, Chef Dawn Swenson will guide you through mixing pasta dough, rolling it out, and cutting it into traditional cavatelli You’ll learn essential techniques for shaping pasta, along with a few modern variations to try at home. But who likes to eat plain pasta? You’ll also make a fresh cacio e pepe, sausage and broccoli rabe to finish your dish. At the end of class, enjoy the full meal you created from scratch.
