Join our Pickling and Preserving class with The Curated Kitchen. Learn how to make and personalize homemade pickles and preserves. There’s so much you can do, beyond simply pickling cucumbers. In this class, you’ll learn the principles of pickling and preserving, necessary equipment, and ways to change up and flavor the mixtures. You’ll prep produce for proper preserving and demonstrate water bath canning.
