In this hands-on class, we’ll build layers of flavor using roasted vegetables, warm spices, fresh herbs, nuts, tahini, and tangy cheeses. You’ll learn a collection of versatile dishes that can be served together as a generous mezze spread or mixed and matched for easy entertaining at home.

Sigara Börek - crispy phyllo rolls, feta, fresh herbs
Babaganoush - smoky eggplant, caramelized onion, harissa, pomegranate molasses, fresh herbs
Muhammara - roasted red peppers, walnuts, pomegranate molasses, warm spices
Hummus with Warm Pita - creamy chickpeas, tahini, lemon, garlic

About the chef:
Chef Didem Hosgel is the chef and owner of Tasteful Sini, a Boston-based private chef and catering business. Originally from Turkey, she brings more than 20 years of professional cooking experience, including a decade working alongside acclaimed chef Ana Sortun at Oleana and Sofra. Her cooking is rooted in the flavors of Turkey and the Eastern Mediterranean, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, bold spices, and the joy of gathering around the table.
