Led by expert instructor Maggie Keefe, this hands-on workshop is designed for young aspiring bakers. Kids will explore the science of crafting fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked sourdough bread. From forming a sourdough starter to mastering kneading and shaping, Maggie will guide them through essential techniques. Whether new to baking or with some experience, kids will discover the secrets behind creating delicious sourdough. Parents are welcome to join alongside their kid! Get ready to share the joy of homemade bread with loved ones and impress friends and family. After kids learn to bake their sourdough they will get to enjoy it with some charcuterie and lunch.
