Join our hands-on Sausage Making Workshop with Peter Lacasse to learn how to craft delicious, homemade sausages from scratch! While half of you discover the secrets of choosing the right cuts, blending spices, and perfecting the stuffing process. Our expert instructors will guide you step-by-step, and you’ll leave with the skills to create your own custom sausages and pasta at home. Plus you’ll get to take home your delicious creations.
