Join our hands-on Summer Scones class with Ariella Amshalem, where you’ll learn three classic techniques to master the art of scone making. Ariella will walk you through the differences between drop scones (quick, rustic, and tender), rolled and cut scones (crisp on the outside, soft on the inside), and English pie-style scones with their beautifully layered, pastry-like finish. You’ll gain a solid understanding of how to work with different doughs, adjust for texture and hydration, and bake scones that come out just right—every time.
